The heart of the restaurant, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the harbour and a warm, inviting ambiance. Seating for up to 60 guests offers natural light by day and candlelit intimacy by night. The decor features warm neutrals, deep green accents, and natural materials that echo the Australian landscape.
Private Dining
An exclusive space for celebrations, business dinners, or intimate gatherings. The room seats up to 12 guests with dedicated service and customizable menus. An elegant, soundproofed room with a view of the hotel's courtyard provides a discreet and memorable setting.
The Lounge
A relaxed space for pre-dinner drinks or after-dinner coffee, seamlessly connected to the hotel's social areas. Comfortable seating with low tables invites conversation, while full bar service offers a curated wine list and cocktails. The lounge is adjacent to the card lounge, where guests can enjoy a refined game of poker after dinner.
